PRODUCTION OF ENAMELLED COPPER WIRE
Elektrisola is the worlds largest manufacturer of fine wires (0,010 to 0,10 mm) .
OUR PRODUCT
The ELEKTRISOLA Group has been manufacturing wire for the electrical industry since 1948. Although our manufacturing program focuses on wires in the diameter range of 0.010 mm to 0.50 mm, the requirements of our customers have resulted in more than 30,000 possibilities of wire configurations within this range. This variety is the result of a close working relationship between the ELEKTRISOLA manufacturing facilities and their customers, who, through many years of successful cooperation, have recognized the need and advantage of a specialiced supplier.
OTHER PRODUCTS
In addition to our main product enamelled copper wire or magnet wire, Elektrisola produces a variety of other special wires for the electrical industry. Litz wire is made of multiple insulated wires bunched together and is used primarly in high frequency applications. It can be supplied with coverings of textile yarn, insulation tape, or extruded insulation.
Elektrisola also supplies high frequency Litz wire with polyester foil or polyamid foil, approved UL 2353.
Other conductor materials such as aluminium and copper-clad aluminium (CCAW) for
specialized applications requiring light weight, or conductor of high tensile strength
copper for improved bending performance can be supplied. Many other electroplated
alloys, precious metals, brass and stainless steel wires can be produced to customer
specification and supplied as either bare or insulated in single or multi-strand
conductor constructions.
